Through redundant and secure information networks, stable and high-speed collection, transmission, and sharing of production data can be achieved                 On the production line, SCADA has achieved automatic collection of production process data exceeding 100000 points, real-time monitoring and alarm of production line status. MES has achieved the electronic and procedural work of nearly 7000 pages of paper records for over 10 vaccine production lines, covering all main production records, dispensing records, and auxiliary records. It has verified nearly 100000 pages of documents and achieved the decomposition and issuance of production instructions, material control throughout the entire production process, electronic batch records throughout the production process, quality and batch release during the production process, and real-time data collection of key parameters during the production process. It has achieved transparency, real-time control, and traceability throughout the vaccine production process, ensuring the quality and safety of vaccines.                                In the future, Siemens will deeply cooperate with Beijing Minhai Biotechnology to continuously improve the digitalization and standardization level of the entire production process.
